Our approach
As a neurodivergent person and someone that has lived with ill mental health, Brianna draws on her own experiences to inform her work and deepen my understanding of the people she supports. Inclusivity is deeply important to me, and I’m passionate about providing neuro-affirming, strengths-based care. She aims to create a warm, safe, and inviting space where clients feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Brianna takes a person-centred and flexible approach, using creativity, humour, and compassion to make sessions engaging and meaningful. She loves that there’s no one-size-fits-all in music therapy and enjoys empowering people to live authentically, thrive and flourish, and develop greater self-acceptance.
Who is music therapy for?
You do not need to play an instrument or enjoy performing. You don’t even need to love music!
Music therapy is not a music lesson. It is a flexible, affirming space to connect with what matters to you, through music and creativity.
Sessions are available for children, teens, and adults. You are welcome to take part in whatever way feels safe and right for you.
