NEURODIVERGENT NUTRITION

Our dietitians and feeding therapists use a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Working with individuals to understand their needs, unique strengths and challenges. We take into consideration sensory challenges, medication, level of executive functioning, interoception and more. We use this information to help adults and children to implement systems and processes and help them find a balanced diet and lifestyle that is right for them.

FEEDING THERAPY

Feeding therapy clients are invited to explore foods in a respectful and non-threatening environment. They learn strategies to help them manage sensory sensitivities, anxiety and fear around food. They build confidence to engage with food in a way that feels right for them and their body.
