Hi, I'm Anthea, Living through the chaos of a restrictive eating disorder taught me how noisy the eating disorder brain can be. It’s messy, it’s relentless, and it can feel impossible to untangle. That experience didn’t just shape me as a person—it shaped me as a practitioner. My passion lies in helping others reclaim their relationship with food, find nourishment, and finally feel at home in their bodies.
I take a weight-neutral, non-diet approach, so if you’re looking for someone to hand you a list of foods to avoid or preach about weight loss, I’m not your dietitian (honestly, that rhetoric belongs in the bin). Instead, I’ll meet you with practical strategies tailored to your life—whether it’s managing a health condition, navigating disordered eating, or simply breaking free from the grip of diet culture.
Oh, and let’s not forget my self-proclaimed crazy cat lady status! I’m a chatterbox who loves a good cat meme, but I also know when to pause and really listen. Together, we’ll work on building confidence in your food choices, honouring your body’s needs,
