Simone Styzinski
MSPA I CPSP
Hey I’m Simone, and I’m a new graduate Speech Pathologist who loves supporting children express themselves in their own way. In my spare time, you can find me playing video and board games, baking, or listening to all kinds of music (especially fusion jazz and synth-rock!). I personally love seeing the connections individuals can make with different things; whether that is a movie, book, hobby, or place. Being then able to share those interests and have your passions be deeply understood by others is such a wonderful feeling! Since I enjoy gaming and story telling, I like to bring these hobbies into the clinic and collaborate with children to help achieve communication goals that matter to daily life.
I take on a neuro-affirming approach and a focus on children and their interests during sessions as I truly believe meeting and engaging with children in their world is the key to making therapy fun and meaningful.
