Winnie

Client Experience Officer | (UNOFFICIAL) Lunch Inspector

I’m Winnie the resident rescue ragdoll at Shared Space Therapy, known for my beautiful blue eyes, excellent people skills and complete disregard for professional boundaries.

I have been part of the team for around a year, I am still learning and I take my role very seriously. My key areas of expertise include helping people regulate, boosting team morale, enforcing breaks and reminding the team that whatever they are doing on their computer is way less important than patting me.

Most days, I can be found lounging in the cat room or upstairs in the waiting area watching birds through the window. I conduct regular rounds of the clinic, visiting clinicians, inspecting unattended bags and occasionally joining sessions. I am particularly committed to telehealth and sometimes I do make an uninvited on-screen appearances, just to make sure everything is going to plan.
am a “live for snacks” kind of guy. I love cat snacks, and I am so grateful to Tayla for sharing her lunch with me. Every day. In other clinics this would be described as food-motivated. Thankfully this is a very non-judgemental work place.

People say I am beautiful and that I use this to my advantage, maybe it’s just animal instincts? Snacks are the fastest way for us to be friends, although pats can also work... Special interests: snacks, pats, bird watching, keyboards and Tayla’s lunch
Professional boundaries: developing
Telehealth etiquette: developing
Availability: largely determined by whether you have snacks
