M.Diet. | BHum.Nut.
Hi, I’m Brooke, a friendly and curious dietitian who brings energy and warmth to my work. I live with two cats, Bean and Howl, and a German Shepherd named Rocket. I’m always happy to share photos if you would like to meet them.
Like Kelsey, I enjoy collecting frog-themed treasures. My favourite finds are a frog-shaped clock I picked up in an op shop and a cosy frog-print cardigan.
My journey to becoming a dietitian began with my own experience as a "fussy eater" who faced sensory challenges with food. My current goal is to find new ways to enjoy eggs. This personal journey not only shaped my love for nutrition but also inspired me to make learning about food fun, with a dream of becoming a "nutrition Wiggle." I believe learning about food and eating should never be boring.
I approach my work with a gentle, client-centred philosophy that celebrates each person's strengths and differences. My goal is to build long-term, trusting relationships where clients feel supported and empowered. What I love most is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is different, and so is the way food fits into their life. Whether you are exploring new eating experiences, building confidence or developing skills in the kitchen, I am here to support you every step of the way.
