Hi, I’m Jess. I have a big heart for helping people heal their relationships with food and body image. With my two playful pups, Ruby and Charli, by my side, I’ve learned to savour the simple joys in life—whether it’s a walk on the beach, getting lost in a good book, or sharing a meaningful moment of connection.
My own lived experience with disordered eating has profoundly shaped my approach to care. I’ve learned that food isn’t the enemy, and neither are our bodies. This journey taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and flexibility—qualities I bring to every client interaction. My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and empowerment, and I’m passionate about helping others find peace with food and themselves.
I take a weight-neutral, non-diet, and neuro-affirming approach, focusing on strategies that work for you as an individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here. Whether you’re navigating nutrition-related concerns or exploring disordered eating recovery, I work collaboratively to create realistic, sustainable plans that honour your needs—without perfection or guilt.
I’m passionate about dismantling diet culture, fostering curiosity with food, and creating spaces free from judgment. For me, it’s not about rules or shame; it’s about nourishment, joy, and flexibility. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions (unless we’re baking cookies—then I’m all in). Instead, I work with you to tailor strategies that align with your unique goals, preferences, and lived experience.
Whether you’re seeking support with challenging food dynamics, rediscovering the joy of eating, or simply needing a compassionate listener, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s as unique as you are.
If you’re ready to ditch diet culture, quiet the food police, and embrace a kinder, more confident way of caring for yourself, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
