As a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice, we specialise in supporting individuals and families through the complexities of food, eating, and body image. Our team includes professionals with lived experience of eating disorders and neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism, creating a space where everyone feels supported in exploring their relationship with food.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's Inner West, our allied health professionals include experienced dietitians and psychologists who provide tailored care to clients of all ages. We specialise in working with individuals and families navigating feeding and eating disorders, offering compassionate and collaborative support tailored to each clients unique situation. Our approach is rooted in understanding and flexibility, celebrating authenticity and empowering individuals to advocate for their needs. We support sensory preferences, promote confidence and competence with food, provide guidance on navigating social eating, and help to build practical skills such as shopping, meal planning, and cooking. These areas of support are thoughtfully tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals navigating feeding challenges, eating disorders, and neurodivergent experiences.​​
